Participants will explore a variety of different tools to apply paints to a surface. This will be an experimental class and participants will be encouraged to stay loose and expressive. Participants will exercise a significant degree of self-direction and should not be novices to art classes. Course outline

Instructor: Sharon Sandel (sharsand46@gmail.com) is a Florida native who has been painting since 1978. She has a Bachelor of Art in education and has been teaching at College for Seniors for six years. Walt A-Akert (aakert@charter.net) is a life-long teacher/artist and has taught for 35 years in Wisconsin. He taught at College for Seniors for six years and holds a master’s degree in education.
