We will explore proven strategies that can lead to a healthier lifestyle. We will cover practical tips on plant-based nutrition, exercise, brain and emotional health. The goal is to encourage participants to choose healthy things to do which could become positive habits. The only prerequisite is a willingness to explore healthful habits appropriate to one’s own lifestyle.
Instructors: Lenore Baum (email@example.com) has published two cookbooks and has been teaching healthy cooking for 40 years. She has integrated yoga, movement and many alternative health modalities including herbal medicine, massage, Jin Shin Jyutsu and acupuncture into her lifestyle.
