We will explore five pieces of the "puzzle" of healthy aging: sleep, activity/exercise, stress, foods and toxins. We will incorporate information from a variety of sources including the instructor’s 30+ years of experience with clients plus various youtube videos, self-assessments, books and healthy food tastings brought in by participants. Participants will be motivated to improve the overall quality and frequency of lifestyle choices and improve the quality of their lives.
